Terms and Conditions:

  1. This promotional competition is organised by Foschini Retail Group (Pty) Ltd, trading as a subsidiary of The Foschini Group Limited (“TFG”) (registration number 1988/007302/07) (“TFG”).

  2. In these rules, “Promoter” means a person who directly or indirectly promotes, sponsors, organizes or conducts the promotional competition, or for whose benefit the promotional competition is promoted, sponsored, organized or conducted, which includes TFG.

  3. No director, member, partner, employee, agent of, or consultant to the Promoter or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the Promoter, their advertising agencies, or their spouses, life partners, parents, children, brothers, sisters, business partners or associates, may enter this promotional competition. This also applies to a person who is a supplier of goods or services in connection with this promotional competition.

  4. All participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entering the competition and must reside in South Africa.

  5. The Promoter reserves the right to vary, postpone, suspend or cancel the competition, any aspect of the competition and anything related thereto, without notice at any time and for any reason whatsoever that the Promoter deems is reasonable at the time. Should the Promoter, law or any authority cancel this promotional competition, no notice of cancellation shall be required. In such event, all participants and winners waive any rights and acknowledge that they shall have no claim, of any nature whatsoever against the Promoter, its directors, agents or employees as a result of the cancellation.

  6. Entry into the competition is automatic for all TFG Rewards customers that swipe their TFG Rewards or TFG Money Account cards in store, or who purchase online using their linked TFG Rewards or TFG Money account card.

  7. By entering the competition, participants agree and understand that they may win a prize, but there is no guarantee that they will win a prize.

  8. To qualify for a competition entry, participants must:

    1. All participants must be TFG Rewards customers or TFG Account customers.

    2. Winners will be required to comply with all CPA regulations; failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited.

  1. There will be 420 daily winners, across all TFG brands in total. Each winner will receive a prize based on the Swipe & Win competition that they were automatically entered into. In the event that a prize cannot be supplied a gift card or TFG voucher to the value of the prize will be provided. (*see prize allocation below).

  2. Multiple entries are allowed for the prizes, 1 transaction = 1 entry.

  3. Prize winners will be issued with a unique voucher redemption code via SMS to the number that they have provided on their TFG Money Account or TFG Rewards customer profile; directly after a successful transaction.

  4. Prize winners will need to log in with their unique code on the Swipe & Win prize redemption website (https://swipeandwin.mytfgrewards.com) within 60 days of receipt of the SMS.

  5. All prizes have been randomly drawn by the TFG Rewards system; the winners are final and there will be no correspondence.

  6. Participants could win one of the following prizes vouchers and winners will be required to comply with the individual prize terms and conditions as set out on the redemption portal - https://swipeandwin.mytfgrewards.com

  7. The Competition commences on 24 May 2023 00h01 and ends on 31 st March 2024 23h59 all days inclusive.

Nature of the Rewards:

  • These Terms and Conditions cover the rewards that we source for you from our partners. The Promoters of these rewards is Foschini Retail Group (Pty) Ltd with its registered address at Stanley Lewis Centre, 340 Voortrekker Road, Parow East, Cape Town, Western Cape, 7500 and, and TLC Marketing Worldwide Proprietary, a private company duly incorporated in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa with its registered address at 1st Floor, Block F; 150 Linden Road, Strathavon, Sandton, 2196(“TLC”).

  • By accessing these rewards, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and you consent to us sharing your personal data with: affiliates (means, in relation to TLC Marketing Worldwide, any entity Controlling, Controlled by or under common Control with TLC Marketing Worldwide from time to time) and suppliers for purposes of this reward. These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to the Terms and Conditions applicable to TFG Rewards. If there is a conflict between the Terms and Conditions applicable to the account or service and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions will apply insofar as the rewards are concerned.

How to Redeem theTFG Rewards :

Your Use of the Services

User Accounts

In order to use most aspects of the Services, you must register for and maintain an active personal user Services account (“Account”). You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction (if different than 18), to obtain an Account. Account registration requires you to submit to Uber certain personal information, such as your name, address, mobile phone number and age, as well as at least one valid payment method (either a credit card or accepted payment partner). You agree to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in your Account. Your failure to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date Account information, including having an invalid or expired payment method on file, may result in your inability to access and use the Services or Uber’s termination of these Terms with you. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, and you agree to always maintain the security and secrecy of your Account username and password. User Requirements and Conduct

The Service is not available for use by persons under the age of 18. Text Messaging

By creating an Account, you agree that the Services may send you text (SMS) messages as part of the normal business operation of your use of the Services. You may opt-out of receiving text (SMS) messages from Uber at any time by following the directions found at https://www.uber.com/unsubscribe/. You acknowledge that opting out of receiving text (SMS) messages may impact your use of the Services.

Promotional Codes

Uber may, in Uber’s sole discretion, create promotional codes that may be redeemed for Account credit, or other features or benefits related to the Services and/or a Third Party Provider’s services, subject to any additional terms that Uber establishes on a per promotional code basis (“Promo Codes”).   • Tickets are not transferable and are valid for use only by the persons to whom they are issued and for the date and time shown thereon.

  • It is the passengers’ responsibility to ensure that the correct information is shown on the ticket.

  • Any alteration to a ticket will render it invalid. Any change of trip requires the issue of a replacement ticket.

  • Positive identification may be requested when boarding the coach.

  • All fares are subject to change without notice. Intercity Xpress will only be bound by the fare charged upon the purchase ticket.

  • Intercity Xpress reserves the right of admission to any of its coaches. Upon the exercising of such discretion with reference to a bona fide ticket holder by Intercity Xpress as and when it may deem necessary, such a ticket holder would be reimbursed in full.

  • Passengers are required to be at the departure points 30 minutes before the departure time shown on the ticket. Any seat not filled within 10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time, will be offered for sale to standby passengers on a first come first served basis.

  • Tickets that are cancelled shall be refunded into a banking account within 15 working days, but provided that the same is done at least 6 hours before departure. Tickets that are cancelled and need to be refunded are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations done after the departure time will be refunded provided cancellation is due to death or hospitalization of the person in whose name the ticket has been issued and is subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

  • An alternative booking (the rebooking) may be done for the next available seat on the same route as the initial ticket for tickets that want to be cancelled after this period provided that it is 3 hours prior to departure and is subject to a 20% rebooking fee.

  • No more than one rebooking will be allowed per ticket issued. Any increase in the cost/price of the ticket will be for the account of the passenger, payable immediately on making the rebooking.

  • All rebooked tickets cannot be refunded.

  • If a passenger misses the bus, no rebooking or refund will be granted.
